im in snt frequently, I ACTUALLY WOULD do the job fairly and i know enough of the frequent members to testify that i would do a vaild job

i wouldnt abuse the power
id maintain order in the room
and
enough people love the user name to not be broadcasted

making me a mod makes perfect sense

LOL actually i just want to share some pointers:

1. the more you ask for mod, the more you wouldnt get it

... ive been witness to a lot of cases already..and knowing Ron =]

...the ones who asked actually ended up to be the ones who are freaks( read: jerks and rebellious ones) later on..im not saying that you are, but maybe, we cant really be so sure, lol Smile

2. MOD status is a PRIVILEGE. its a special right. It's being GRANTED, after being nominated or voted by other mods, so a good mod candidate knows how to WAIT or just actually COOL whatever he or she has
because:

3. MOD = COOL person (this is one of my personal definitions of mod)

...a really cool person doesnt ask for it, or doesn't really mind being not one, because after all you are COOL !!! Why be bothered? A cool person isnt bothered to get kicked because after all he's cool w/ everyone. Just like everyone else, He/she is there first and foremost, to ENJOY and have FUN CHILL times with the internet community! A cool person is definitely not a JERK and has better understanding, is a\ WISER! If a cool person still got kicked, he/she's still cool with it, coz he/she knows he/she might have offended the person OR its because the cool person knows that himself/herself knows and understand better. You cant be cool to everyone, you know Smile

Like what JoNes and JRazo have stated, a member is usually hand picked by the mods and hosts of the room. Cuz believe it or not, we do observe every member in the room, whether he/she is worth modding or just meant to be a regular for a long...long...time

With regards to yours though...? Two incidents in the room that caused you to be kicked weren't really good representations of you. But we'll see man...I have given some people chances and asked for the mods' votes and they voted for them too, so...time will tell. Just stay cool, and get on cam more often. Thanks Booby!

following protocol ...i get it

flow - its kosher, i cant imagine the initiation they put u thru for ur modship let alone what the others would make me do 0.o

i figured id make this post to kinda say "hey! ive considered being one maybe others will 2!"

if it happens, it does...if not...ill prob continue to keep getting booted for random reasons and rejoin an hr later

[sidenote: i do have a cam [even tho razo tells me to undock

] / cam up / have a mic]

actually rob, one day ron pmed me and said "ur a mod now" cus im old skool and of course awesome. and ron is great at judging ppl for skillz, cus look at what a great job Im doing :p lol i kinda really mean that, i dont care if that seems cocky. sue me!
