The No links rule, many people have different variations of what this rule is. Plainly put it's No links aloud to be posted, But People still insists on doing it. Naturally. Now, some mods warn for Any posted links, and others warn when several links are posted, and even some may warn for only certain links, But really we need a set basis for this. So we aren't kicking Everyone out who posts one.

What I usually do is, if the link posted is a myspace link or stickam link, if they post it once, I overlook it, let it pass, but if they post a 2nd time, then I speak up and say no more. All other links except for the odd Photo link by a mod or regular, I do warn for right away. (because usually our mods and regulars don't post the links more then once)
Also of course when someone starts posting full paragraphs of links, nonstop, well we all know what action that warrants.

People should also be aware certain links are posted solely for getting people to download virus's or to attack someone in a different form, weather it be virus, melware or nude pics of someone.

example is the "ihatejade" links, i have noticed quite a few different people spamming ihatejade links, I would recommended any mod seeing this, just kick them right away. They know what there doing. and 90% chance the pics are not acceptable. So unless ron says otherwise that the action to take for those links.

What do you think? is my method for dealing with links a good one? is there a better one?
Post your thoughts on this, and ron can rule on if and whats best, Kinda curious to know, myself.

Jones.
